Report from Estonian language thread, posted by Kaarel in Valgu, Rapla county. Near ground, temperature is -1,5 degrees. Higher in the air, temperature is -2,5 degrees. Kaarel don't expect anything special for the night

Yesterday at 22:31, Kaarel from Valgu reported air temperature being as low as -15 degrees Celsius
