About Estonia, I know that EMHI is forecasting 25 meters per second gusts.

The same system has caused rains and flooding already in Portugal and is now posing a threat for Great Britain. It is going to break up. One part goes to NW Africa, another part will intensify into a powerful system and hit us.

Unoffical statement: highest windspeed was measured in Pakri peninsula in NW of Estonia - 34 m/s!
